Top Menu [Profile] -> Side Menu [Edit Profile]. Edit the fields, then press [Submit Changes].

Top Menu [Profile] -> Side Menu [Edit Profile]. Change ROLE to PARENT, then press [Submit Changes].

Side Menu [Create Child Account]. Input the child's details, then press [Select Birthdate].

Select Birthdate carefully, it can't be changed. Then press [Create Account].

Enter academy name, press [Search Academy List]. It should return one or more results.

Press the correct academy. Check details, then press [Join Academy] to send a request.

Wait for approval. Press Side Menu [Academy List] to see your status.

Top Menu [Academy] -> Side Menu [Schedule]. Press the DATE on the calendar.

Press [Booking] for the lesson to open up the BOOKING screen.

Press [Book Lesson], and select a membership card to use.

Top Menu [Academy] -> Side Menu [Membership Cards] to see all of your cards.

Press [Academy List], then SELECT the Academy to view its details.

After selection, you will see the schedule and cards for that academy only.

At the top right corner, press the [Menu] button to switch the Top Menu.

Top Menu [Cards] -> [Create Card Template].

Enter card details and press [Create Card].

Top Menu [Members] -> Side Menu [Add/Reject Members]. Add or reject requests using the buttons.

Side Menu [Members List] shows all of your members.

Top Menu [Cards] -> Side Menu [Assign Cards].

Press on a card, then select members to assign it to. Press [Confirm].

To adjust a membership card, you can find it two ways.

First method: you know the card you want to adjust. Side Menu [Active Cards], press the card to open the screen.

Scroll to the member press [Select Action]. Follow the instructions.

Second method: you know the member of the card you want to adjust.

Tope Menu [Members] -> Side Menu [Members List], press the member. Press [Manage Cards] to open the screen.

You must delete a existing membership card before assigning a new one.

For normal expiration of the card, select [Delete Card]. Under REASON FOR DELETION, select [Card Expired], press [Delete Card].

For cancellation of the card, select [Delete Card]. Under REASON FOR DELETION, select [Cancel Card]

Enter the reason for cancellation and press [Delete Card].

Cancelled card records can be found in Side Menu [Card Records].

Top Menu [Schedule]. You will see a calendar. Press [Create Lesson] opens up a screen to enter lesson details.

Double check the DATE, the default value is always today's date. You can select a future date.

Choose USABLE membership cards. Use this to control who can book the lesson.

Some fields are mandatory, follow the alerts. Press [Create Lesson] to create the lesson.

Top Menu [Schedule]. Press the correct [Date] on the calendar. Use arrow buttons to navigate.

Press [Booking] for the lesson to open up the BOOKING screen.

Press [Add Members], and select a member. It will open a card selection screen.

Select the correct card and press [Confirm]. Only USABLE cards will appear.

For children, find their parent account. Their cards will appear under the parent's cards selection screen.

To unbook a card, press the card again to deselect it. Press [Confirm] to confirm the action.

Press [Booking] for the lesson to open up the BOOKING screen.

press [Cancel Lesson]. This action automatically removes all booked members.

Top Menu [Business] -> Side Menu [Create Academy].Enter academy details and press [Create Academy].

Side Menu [Edit Academy] to edit academy details.

Side Menu [Delete Academy] to delete the academy.

Top Menu [Business] -> Side Menu [Manage Staff].

First, you need to add the user to your academy as a member.

Press [Choose a Member], then select the member. Press [Add to Staff].

Press the names of staff under the Staff List to manage their permissions.

Make sure MAKE ADMIN is "YES", so they can access the admin Top Menu.
